Saturn may not have but look at the other branches of GM like Pontiac, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Buick, etc....So much lacking of giving a fuck.

Also they had the most obscure set of rules that were designed to cater to the most obscure customers. This kept GM from evolving with the times and adapting modern manufacturing

That was easy.

Expectations play into that as well. While I agree the SC1-2 were neat cars pretty much everything else Saturn made, and everything else GM made in the era, was made with the “that’ll do” mindset. And that was the customers attitude and expectations as well.

They come in 3, so pick 3 musicians. Scott weiland, Lemmy, David Bowie. We need to watch out for two other film stars.

and people wonder why GM declared bankruptcy.

I was just going to say....F-Zero 2: Kei Car boogaloo.

Why is Chrysler throwing away this brand recognition? Cant they learn from Fords mistake on ditching Taurus? Fuck. Sometimes you wish you could just sit in on the product planning meetings and scream at the idiots who make these decisions.

Great looking minivan BTW.

Yesterday I just drove 571 miles in my IS300 only stopping once for gas. People do this. I honestly wish I would have had my parent Jetta TDi sportwagen so I could have made it in one whole leg.

Next Doug car: Find the worst condition 1993 Corolla you can. Make it a point to have the least reliable 1993 Corolla in existence.

Why? Real men drive W16 Miatas.

The only car that was even remotely a possible buy when I picked up my IS300 9 years ago that was a big 3 car was a Pontiac G8. That is a much bigger and heavier car that doesnt look nearly as good to me. So what was I supposed to do? Sacrifice to buy something worse?

Youre wrong. Here’s why, IF you use a sweeping needle style or analog equivalent then at a glance or even out of the side ranges of your vision and know approximately where speed/rpm is. You dont need to look down and go “Yes, I’m doing 74mph” not knowing that the needle is right about where it normally is when youre

The problem is that the signs are over the lines. I would almost argue that the sign in question is an additional sign for the right lane. That would also make for 3 lanes in each direction not 4 and 2. Also looking down further in traffic it looks like cars are coming head on to the filming vehicle in that same lane.

The signs above the road indicate the filming vehicle is in the wrong.

Real talk here, what the hell is the point of this law suit? The broke laws so enforce them. I dont see how this is a civil matter other than between individual owners and the manufacturer.

I have zero understanding of the stigma Brits have with Miatas. I never hear people call them girly looking or saying they are for “hair dressers”. Most girls I know that cut hair drive Pontiacs and other “that’ll do” examples of American mediocrity.

A white Testarossa is the most 80s car you can buy

This is an “If I were offensively wealthy....” car to me. If I were offensively wealthy, I would take one and shove in a modern hemi of some sort. Be it just the 5.7L or one of the crazier ones. Then I would have zero qualms about driving the car.

IF it has the v12....many had the V8

Ive always loved the look of the EP3, the unfortunate thing is the K20 they stuffed into it had such a poor flowing head that it was down 40 or so HP from the equivalent K20 stuffed into an RSX (Integra) and thus that car was known as a pooch. The other problem is that apparently the front suspension geometry
