I started at 340 pounds. After 8 months, through pretty much nothing but a diet change I've currently lost 75 pounds. The way I'm taking is definitely not healthy as I'm only consuming maybe 1000 calories in a day, but with an active work environment and a daily multivitamin the pounds have been falling off.
