Agreed. Meryl always gets the credit just for being on screen, but Dern as Renata is more deserving here as a supporting actress.

Perhaps she should have pushed for an investigation instead of going straight for a resignation which played right into the GOP’s favour. He was good at his job and was drummed out without due process. This is a great example of why the left is scrambling, while the right marches on.
