Just commenting on the article picture. I really want a R3X. Tri-motor, short-wheelbase - it looks like it’ll be a hoot.
It’s amazing how on one hand they make a car that “looks” so complete and yet was totally incomplete. And they made 10,000 of them before collapsing.

VW does a good job of platform sharing. Some manufacturers its really obvious when its a shared platform, VW generally manages to keep the uniqueness across models. (Though some of the Skoda / Seat versions look like rebadged Jetta / Golfs)
It’s growing on me. We need more interesting cars and non-SUV options.
We already do that in my town - you can tell when the roads have been salted, you can see where the truck sprayed 10 or so parallel lines. Might not be “pickle” brine, but its some sort of brine; when it dries it looks like regular road salt. It doesn’t all get blown to the curb like rock salt and apparently works…
