It goes into an absurd amount of specifics of the types of lottery winnings, how much lottery winning disqualifies you, how the state can ‘intercept’ your lottery winnings to recover…

It is so maddening that a tax credit is supposed to help pay for things. I make so little a tax credit will do zero to help me. It’s such a privileged political ploy.

Shit, that’s where I live. The two biggest jobs in town are GM (‘cause they eliminated Oldsmobile) and state government. They’re cutting government funding left and right, and now GM is laying people off. Please explain to me how jobs are being brought to my area by our glorious leader???

GM announced today that they are doing away with third shift work in Lansing, Michigan. This puts about 11,000 people out of work.
