Greed has nothing to do with whether someone deserved it or not. Greed is the excessive desire for wealth (or anything else, really). By biblical standards, you and I and everyone else you know is phenomenally greedy. We all have far more resources than we could possibly need.

I’d be interested to hear your definition of “greedy” if you think a $100 million payday doesn’t fit the bill. I’m not saying he didn’t deserve the money, but if he plans to hold a large portion of the population to the standards of a portion of that bible passage; he better be prepared to live with the whole thing.

Cruises are my preferred vacation for the most part. They are the lowest stress vacation I can imagine, it starts when you hit the port and get on ship, daiquiri in hand 10 minutes after you get on board. I went on one last year and enjoyed it and I don’t have kids. I get kind of stressed out about details when I travel. Where I’m going to stay, where I’m going to eat, how I’m going to get around, what I’m going to see but a cruise handles all those details. So I booked another one for this year.
