Sometimes there's something to be said about plain. It ages better.

Doesn't look any better, but I'm sure the S3 will feel better.
Wait until the 2016s or 2017s come out, I'm sure that setup can be had a lot closer to $30k after incentives.
Don't take your car to the track if you can't afford to leave it there. Let's hope this kid could afford the repairs.
Well you know what they say, don't take it to the track if you can't afford to leave it there.
Or just graduated college....
I have to say that front end would look good parked next to my Focus ST.
In the recent video of the Focus ST being swallowed by water you can see that the car opens the hatch on its own. I would imagine these Volvos do something similar.
I agree. It'll be interesting to check out on fulley.
Oh, I'm sure the 31 MPG is for the taller gearing. I'd be very surprised if the performance pack ecoboost gets 31 MPG with shorter gears.
What does that have to do with a turbo 4s MPGs? Nothing. I'm comparing the MPGs on other turbo 4s to the Mustangs.
The Focus ST uses a 2.0l turbo and only gets 32 MPG. Why would a bigger engine in a heavier car do just as good or better?
Your forgetting about the boat load of torque that comes with the ecoboost.
The performance isn't similar though... that I4 is going to make a much better torque curve.
The nice thing about the ecoboost is the torque. Your getting A LOT more useable power with the ecoboost then the comparable n/a motors.
I'm averaging 27 mpg in my Focus ST with probably 40% city 60% highway. It typically returns over 30mpg on the highway. I also have a roof rack. All you got to do is stay out of boost and you get good mileage.
Now if that same pedestrian ran into the expressway you might get off. This dude running up to race cars going around the track is beyond stupid.
I'm only 5'6", so I have short arms. I have to sit almost upright for performance type driving.
They lower in mine too, I have the Partial Leather Recaros just like in the FiST no power motor here. My problem I think has to do with how close I have to sit to the steering wheeling to be able to go into opposite lock quickly.
That's surprising, I'm only 5'6" and couldn't fit into my previous Focus with a helmet on, I had to get rid of the moonroof on my ST to fit.
