"Dudebro" is typically used in the pejorative all by itself. "Basic" is an insult in that it means you are bland. If being bland isn't insulting to you, then its sort of like calling someone a "dudebro" and then they proceed to stuff their face with bacon and play Battlefield 4 anyway.

There is an Asian resteraunt near me, I only say "Asian" because they have a mix of Thai, Japanese, Chinese (American Chinese not real Chinese), and Indian food. They try to label it all as Chinese food but I don't have the heart to tell them that curry is decidedly not a Chinese dish.
