Hmmmm...
Hmmmm...
We really, really need to reform how we view children's coming of age and how we deal with it. At 12 I had already created a sorted and curated list of bookmarks to my favorite sites.
Which reminds me, there is buy one get one Blizzards at Dairy Queen right now.
Agreed with all that. Still, how is that so much a bigger deal than his wife's personhood? And her being honest with others in her family?
How is teaching people how to handle a gun safely (re: not shoot it, just how to disarm it) "thrusting guns" on everyone? How is instilling firearms safety and the dangers of firearms into everyones heads at an early age somehow "spreading" guns?
If you suspect it of a crime, then yah I agree call the police (but certainly do not leave it unattended).
Desperate? Do you know how many kids are killed each year because they found a gun? Its in the hundreds.
I feel like there should be a secret handshake for people who had terrible conservative parents who they had to fight out from under.
So, what if while waiting for the police to show up some kid comes along and does something stupid? Because that is actually a scenario that has played out before.
I would agree that age 16+ should have to take a safety course. Not actual instruction on how to use it, just on how to safely handle one. How to find the safety, the rules of handling a gun, the rules of where you point a gun, how to safely remove the magazine and remove the round from the chamber. Etc.
Other than the Bush-loving Reagan-worshiping part, and the fact that I think I am justified in placing the blame for my having been a MRA loser up until age 25 on them, yah, they can be cool.
But.... but... she married HIM! I mean, that kind seals that deal. And if it did not it would be called "cheating" and is punishable by divorce.
I was talking about the second letter, even Lindy said it in her article.
You see I thought we already HAD stopped pretending that. My mom and dad, ancient 60s neo-cons that they are, both long ago drew up a list of "freebies" that they get. My dad got Ann Margaret and my mom got Burt Reynolds.
Point taken.
The "Prude" name really works for her. Also,
What I want most: fuel economy (is it better or worse than the 5.7L was?) and acceleration (the 6.4L doesn't have a ton more oompf than the 5.7L did, but they also took away our 4.56 gears, so how does it compare?).
