Recruiters will always get you the highest salary possible because it’s in their best interest.  Billing/commission is based on wage.

Just make sure that the college exists, I had an applicant put the name of a fake university once. He probably could have gotten away with it, but he had some other questionable answers that tipped us off.

Exactly, I hear a lot of recruiters changing that question to “what do you feel is an appropriate pay range for this position?” to get around the increasingly illegal question of “what’s your current salary?”

I know quite a few gun nuts and most of them started with buying/modifying handguns, not many people jump straight into AR15's in my experience. To be fair though, none of the gun people I know have killed anyone to as far as I know.

We do points too, it’s great for the younger kids especially since they keep track of their scores so there’s some counting/memory/math(?) involved.
