So, to clarify: a young actress starring in a hotly-anticipated TV series experienced as-yet-unidentified symptoms of an illness, and because she didn’t instantly know it was Covid and single-handedly halt production over it, she deserves to be put on blast?

Assuming this is a class action (is it? unsure) the typical cut the attorneys take is 33-40%. For settlements this size it’s usually closer to the smaller percentage. So, the clients will likely do even a bit better, which is good!

I mean, she’s saying retrospectively she knew it was her first day of Covid. There’s nothing to say exactly who was giving her medicine or who knew what at what time and making her into the bad guy for telling an anecdote is silly. Frankly, I don’t work on a movie set, but our policy was pretty much the same - someone

Body issues can happen to anyone, even the thin and fit. Despite being one of “the beautiful people,” they can see themselves as not. I am guessing that is what the scene is trying to portray. And it is accurate for some with this disease, as many who are thin see themselves as “fat and disgusting,” leading to things

I only hang portraits of people where I poop.

To illustrate how far out in the country Watkins Glen was, the main hotel in the area where the F1 (Oct.) and Sportscar/CanAm (July) establishment would stay during race weekends was the Glen Motor Inn, which is basically a modest, old-school 1950's-1960's motel. Baby boomers (and others) will recall staying in modest

The only good thing about this series was Carpenter’s synth theme

I’m at the very end of a Community rewatch. I know the last two seasons (especially the last) get short shrift sometimes, but those episodes are inventive and funny. If those had been the first episodes I ever saw, I wouldn’t be as much of a fan - but I’d still be a fan.

Expect a letter from the Pelican Anti-Defamation League soon.

Chevy Chase looks like a pelican full of fish.

He probably wrote all the jokes for The Todd.

No, but only because they don't like anything. They don't even like themselves.

Do you have this same criticism of John Oliver?

Interesting. I found his outsider’s perspective refreshing, especially considering most other late night show hosts are American.

I would say that ditch diggers would also know better than to park on train tracks too.

I thought that “observation” was a major part of being a cop.  However, they didn’t observe the sight and sound of a locomotive bearing down on them.

Surprisingly, I didn’t have that issue. I got used to the new actors/actresses much faster than I thought I would and I found this episode much more interesting than the last two episodes.

Are we supposed to be on Alicent’s side, because I’m kind of...not.

Well, so much for the “last season of GoT poisoned the well and nobody gives a fuck about this anymore” whinging.

I don’t know how much you know about Twitch, but it’s so much more grueling than something like Instagram or TikTok. It’s way more exhausting to be *on* for 6, 8, 10 hours in front of an audience every day than it is to post a couple 30 second videos every day.
