My wife and I had all of those issues and a stillbirth before we had our little boy. So did thousands of other people trying to have a kid. It’s tragic but again, not unique or unusual.

At 18, the perpetrator is already a special kind of a**hole. He stole a vehicle to go joyriding, while high on PCP, and attempted vehicular homocide. Sadly, there are many young folks in this part of DC that are hardend a**holes. It tends to be a lifestyle.
