I really liked sprites since my first and favorite j-rpgs were played at snes and genesis! But PSX was different, and I always pursued games that were graphically impressive when playing PSX.
Thank you for sharing your good experience with it, did this game ever got re-released in any other platform? Or I could go ahead and play it at Android PSX emulator.
I know, and I have tons of fun watching it. I even watch it with my mom, that is my anime partner. But for conservative and puritan crowd like north-americans, it would be a cultural shock.
You can make it with many different technics and materials:
Pepakura+fiberglass+painting:
Never played BoF4, but 2... wow was very impressive. And I played it as a child, some of the plot twists were shocking and unexpected dark for me at the time. But, without question, one of the best j-rpgs from snes era.
BoF3 never attracted me so much, the first minutes of it seemed less impressive than my juveline mind would expect from an PSX game(yeah lack of 3D graphics). The plot was good?
I second this, one of the best modern content about Three Kingdoms!
I love you guys, you are just awesome. =]
Come on guy!
Engine makers are supposed to develop these stuff.
Innovative gameplay comes from Game Designers, another race of game industry professionals. You are mixing things up =/
God, korean girls are so hot *-*
Still waiting for Onani Master Kurosawa anime, it's a better execution of the same plot of Flowers of Evil, better characters, unexpected ending, beauty.
No wonder why you like him. He was supposed to be the main character, and his story was supposed to revolve around his quest to redeem himself...but energetic teen characters are somewhat a tradition in ffs...
This game looks perfect! Complete with hexagonal board turn based battles. Well aside the horrible art style, this game look very promising.
This is a bit of programming issue too.
They need to get better graphical-programmers to implement smarter and lightier Anti-Alising and Anisotropic filtering methods.
And maybe they could try different compressions more suited for the new system, or even better occlusion culling.
All those things could help to get…
But the GF system was awesome, reminded me of the Espers in FF6. And I guess that Squall fill more the dandere type(social aloof).
These japanese Texturing-Devils!
Being distraught with the common internet ass-hole persona, does not correlate with the discussion of how violence-indulcing video games really are.
Never, Date Masamune the One-Eyed Dragon is the best.
