Fresh herbs and such are always a plus. Plus thanks to the pandemic, the ‘grow your own seasonings’ craft market exploded and people have learned that with the right setup, you never need to pay the mark up again if you want to grow your own shit.

My cousin who regularly cooks and posts pictures of it to Facebook had a huge thread a few years ago where he posted a picture of a chicken dish with at least eight different containers of spices around the plate and the white folks were just dumbfounded.
