Police were investigating a carjacking. It’s pretty reasonable to approach anyone black kids in the area to ask if they’ve seen the vehicle.

My own interest is pequed, and I generally don’t read much published after about 1960 (too little time to suffer through contemporary lit that may or may not be remembered past the publication). 

Except that’s a Romantic dream. Anonymity was part of the draw and success.

It’s cruel to insist that every person who wants their expression to be heard must also open up themselves, even against their own wishes. It’s not necessary.

When the general public is making you rich, you better believe you’re a “public figure”.

I have problems with murderers carrying weapons.

As someone with this issue because of stupid initial employment drug tests, the “safe” number is seen more at 30 days or so for THC to leave the bloodstream. This is very dependent on body type. THC likes fats, and so the more fat an individual has the longer THC shows up in the system.

Maybe we, as a people, can make a difference. If we want us to be respectful then maybe we can socialize and stop this crazy where we always are competing instead of cooperating.

We need less MCs and more Hueys.
