This isn’t really true in my experience. The automaker audits the dealership and they are very strict. The issues come on the dealer side of things when they certify cars that maybe shouldn’t have been or neglect to rectify issues with the car (worn tires, services not completed, paint issues, etc).

Thing is, he didn’t want to go to Boston. The Cavs sent him there. He can be happy about it, and there’s no doubting Stevens is an incredible coach, but, if this was something he was “unbelievably craving” he forgot to mention it when he told the Cavs he wanted to go to the Knicks.

I get that argument and it’s probably right. But you’ve got to at least make them do something different. Derrick Rose made a couple 3s last night and would’ve been happy to throw up a few more. If I’m the Wizards I’d prefer him doing pretty much anything with the ball over letting LeBron go off. If they can a couple

When the Q3 came out it was a pretty basic car. Not to say it’s still not surprising, but it had a lot of older tech in it that had already had the issues ironed out.

I think it’s far more likely that they thought the “we record our show out of a van” bit works better when the van is as shitty as possible than alternative; they decided to insert a child tape joke that has no upside.

So, I think it’s definitely possible he takes a giant step forward with the Celtics. And realistically, I’d love to see it. By the time it mattered, the Cavs would be out of contention most likely and, for some reason (mostly I’m still upset the Cavs rehired Mike Brown rather than go after Stevens) I look forward to

I worked at an Audi dealer when the current Q7 launched and people loved it. Granted, purple that hated it probably didn’t inquire about buying one. But few people that came in to look at one were disappointed.

So, not to say this is the player Kyrie will always be, but he’s not really any better than he was at 19 and 20 even though he’s at precisely the spot in his career when he should be getting better, and he just played with LeBron who makes most everyone better just by being there.

Don’t fret. Some of us are at work and can’t watch the video anyway.

Eh. I think German Quality is generally accepted as meaning the product is nicer or performs better. For instance, the GTI interior and the cars ability to do everything well are what set it apart. Nobody I’d buying those thinking that it’s realistically going to last longer than a Civic.

Acknowledging that other cultures see things differently isn’t the same thing as defending them.

FIFA is a trademark so I’m betting that the reason you can’t do it is that it shows up on a list of trademarks they have, not that they recognize it as particularly offensive.

The gap isn’t that big and it’s made up for by the fact Michigan athletics are more successful than Berkley these da.

I’m disappointed in both the number of people who took this seriously and the number of people that thought it was exceptionally clever.

Not disputing this, but he did actually play a few meaningful minutes against during the Finals. I don’t have a point that I’m trying to make or anything. I just wanted to throw that out there.

High seed not taking low seed seriously and playing just well enough to win is a thing that happens every year. I think the Spurs sweeping the Cavs in the Finals is the saddest in recent memory. It was a championship round and the Cavs might’ve been the worst team they played that postseason.

“Last second go ahead attempt” Cavs were up 3. He was attempting to tie the game.

Danny Ainge fucked that up so hard. This was the year to take a shot with the Cavs playing pretty uninspired basketball and he passed. Those assets are never going to be worth as much again either.

There’s actually a limit of 300 some I think. I had an S4 that I had no intention of keeping and, between my friends and I, did dozens and the S4 puts more strain on the drivetrain with its LC. Didn’t have an issue.

You suggest this frequently, but I think this is a good time to remind people to get preapproved before walking into the dealership. It’s not a cure all but the actual lender is more tightly regulated when it comes to these kinds of things. Then if the dealer can save you some money beyond that, great.
