Have you ever experimented with adding miniscule amounts of baking soda to caramelizing onions to accelerate the process? I find it works and really doesn’t take much to make a significant difference cooking time without impacting flavor.

Ferrari has a theme park and huge presence in the middle east already tbh and they sell plenty of cars there to justify it. 

$2500 extra for a really cool and fairly unique color from the factory is actually quite cheap. People pay more for a wheel upgrade. I would definitely pay an extra $2500 for one of these colors.
