I was at the Ferrari dealer yesterday for a showing of this particular car and I was taken aback myself at how many models they had. David, Growing up my parents had an 86 Chrysler New Yorker and an 88 Lebaron. I mention this because when my dad’s New Yorker (the lux car) crapped out, he replaced it for my mom with a Silver Metallic 91 Aerostar with a manual transmission and got himself an Audi 5000.

great choice! the n18 engine is so much more reliable than the n14 and it can be tuned to the gills before forged internals and a bigger turbo are needed.

i have an n18 clubman s and other than my pathological need to tune it to the gills it’s one of the best cars i’ve ever owned, especially as an nyc resident.
