I had the same error as dolceterra when I added and then removed a blank rule as well... Also, I agree w/ AJFT... I've opened [rules.ini] twice to see what it was in contemplation of deletion

I have an unusually large neck (compared to the rest of my body) and so the neck of my shirt is too small for me to button my top button...
