Actually for a lot of people it does. He has insurance. The sane, empathic reaction would’ve been “wow, is everyone okay? Okay, let’s call 911.” I’ve seen that happen with my own two eyes with accidents worse than this. He’s a douche, so he reacted accordingly.

They interviewed her songwriter on this album on NPR and she is indeed a seasoned Nashville songwriter. And she’s traveled to perform with her a few times.

That’s a really, really lovely song. Great video, too. The silhouetted shots with her sitting are gorgeous despite the Elaine-dance moves. Funny how she’s “strumming” the guitar when there aren’t any guitar sound, though. The best part is that hot AF 1970s Urban Cowboy-inspired sexy suit. Get it, gurl.

Sarah Paulson’s dress is better because of the peplum—it’s called a peplum. Otherwise, the chunky pearls would be all over her hips and tummy. NOt a good look.

She really does look incredible. Like a 1919 socialite on her way to the TB Hospital on Ward Island.

I love Emmy’s but it’s a little off. It should’ve been slightly higher waisted and either full-length or tea length. It awkwardly cuts her off in two places. But she still looks fabulous. Perfect hair and makeup.

Great suits and affordable are not in the same orb. Truly. To get a suit that looks that good, one has to spend the money for the quality of the fabric, the quality of the construction (interlinings, headers, etc.). But so worth the money.

What’s going to be worse: this or Collateral Beauty?

Huh, I didn’t realize Cyndi and Madonna were in competition with each other. But bravo on completely validating everything she said. Here’s an interesting counter point—Cyndi is still around and works, but Madonna is still the Queen and the speaks volumes about her work ethic, intelligence, business savvy AND…

Relentless sexism and abuse...she must read the comments on here. And they’re probably from other women, usually the worst offenders.
