I think you are giving audi salesmen too much credit. I can bet you right not more than half of them know almost nothing about etron. And will guide you to the nearest gas car the moment you ask about the etron.

Just to add. If you need a full charge, just set the EV to charge by time. This way it’ll be 100% charge when you are about to leave. The biggest issue isn’t really charging to 100% as it is storing it at 100% for a long time.

Well, the auto manufacturers and Tesla have been petitioning for no mirrors from the NHTSA and use cameras instead.

So can you explain why despite there being more PHEV options, BEVs outsell PHEVs?

The thing is, most people who buy a PHEV, end up with an EV as their next vehicle. That is why BEV sales are higher than PHEV despite there being more PHEV options than BEV.

Please don’t kill yourself off that quickly. Advancement of EVs is going way faster than you can imagine.

You forgot the sarcasm tag... most GM dealers refused to even sell the Volt.

There are 4,802 CCS charging outlets, while there are 7,176 Supercharger outlets.

You mean like this:

To be fair, many companies pay for transportation as part of the corporate benefits. If people use EVs, that would lower their benefits cost.

I think Nissan is doing the most damage of all with deciding to skimp on liquid cooling for the battery. They sold a ton of EVs and not including thermal management with the battery isn’t helping people’s confidence in battery lifespan. Cause for every Tesla that has driven 300,000 miles, there are a dozen Nissan

If you actually read what he is saying, he is NOT saying that Chinese manufacturers combined are more than Tesla. He is saying that there are a bunch of Chinese manufacturers who sell way more EVs than Tesla.

I was referring to with current grid. If you want to talk about the future grid, it’ll be even more cheaper. Solar has dropped 8.1X in price in last 9 years and is expected to hit below 1 cent per kwh by 2025.

Except as EV adoption goes up, the price of electricity will also go down. That is because we are underutilizing our grid during offpeaks and overutilizing it during peaks. That means high cost during peaks, and high service fees to make up for offpeaks.

The whole point of the deposits is to deal with fraud.

Except 3 things:

1st gear - I think the problem also lies in the dealer network, as shown in this recent study:

Lower maintenance and fuel costs. Higher durability. Better safety.

Tesla Model 3 is best selling premium car in US (gas or electric). Tesla Model S is best selling premium full sized sedan in both US and EU(gas or electric).

I don’t see the blanket move in, only move out from the wind generated by the ball, so there goes the door is open theory.
