Riding with your high beam on during the day is not illegal, and is taught as a best practice in the MSP riders course.
It is not illegal to drive around during the day with your high beams on. Take an MSP class, you are taught to do so.
It’s legal and motorcycles SHOULD do this to increase their visibility to other motorists on the road during the *day.*
It’s legal and advised.
It is actually the accepted method for a motorcycle and taught that way at the MSP. Turn it to LO at night, of course.
