Pay up. Check TV by the Numbers. They just released a Tuesday ratings report saying that Shield went up a tenth in ratings from last week, making it the first episode so far to get better ratings than the last one.

This was one of my favorite early Mad Men episodes, for basically all the reasons Todd lists.
