@Phantom_Photon: Remember, there wouldn't be any mobile connectivity to cellular providers (unless the option is there I guess...), making the battery life tons more than what a cell phone gets.

Although you could overclock your processor further, you would lose your extra heater for the winter :P

@dccorona: Unfortunately, yes. People may like keeping their houses clean, but the outside? People throw trash everywhere.

Now, I shall just wait for another video titled "Fuck You, Verizon". Verizon might have an advantage in terms of resources, as they already have an arsenal of smartphones straining the network, making them build up before the iPhones come in. Nonetheless, an eventual strain is inevitable.

@gthing: I don't get it. My battery lasts for a little over a day with a few calls (and I use the internet a lot too...)

@DaltonAtlas: Not necessarily? If the disease or whatever is from an island in the Atlantic, then it would make sense that the effects would be seen in the east coast before the west coast? Or perhaps not in the west coast ports at all until it spreads inside the US itself?

I really hate how they photoshop the images onto the front. Honestly, I'd rather see a blank black screen in the front than an image pasted on top of the camera where the screen goes.

You know, looking at the map, it almost looks like a lot of port cities are affected, and then inward from that region. I wonder if it has to do with international trade and the introduction of new diseases to different places? (Like smallpox in the "New World" back a few centuries ago)

@Duckbrain30: Agreed. Not only is it easier for the user, it is also cheaper for the manufacturer as they have to provide standard cables already produced in mass and don't need a separate connector for power and computer connections.

@mf679: Reminds me of HUMMER. I guess the one on top is the C2 then? :P

This isn't talking about the webpages or the content or anything. This infographic is just saying that the number of Chinese-speaking users may be greater than any other group.

I got an extra day to study for the MCAT! :P

So... these things transmit data when the light source is visible to the router...

I love how the image for this article and the similar iPhone one are the exact same, except flipped and the Apple logo removed. Someone should have put a bunch of random icons to fill it up to represent it's open-source-ness. :D

Now, if only they added a period after everything. (like AOL. :P)

@Justin: You are not wrong at all. The people who have swapped it are just crossing their eyes too far, making the right eye pick up the left image and the left eye pick up the right image.

@ImmaLion: If you're too close to the monitor, it's harder, as you have to cross your eyes more. If you're further away, you can cross just slightly and get the full effect.

Just a tip to everyone, don't cross your eyes too much. You barely have to cross it to get the image. After you see an image in the center, try to focus on it.

I have loved Firefox for a while, and recently switched to Chrome. I had told myself that after FF 4 is released, I would go back to it, but honestly, after trying out beta 7, I really don't want to go back at all.

Now, if only Maxis (the creator of Sims) and Google could team up... Wow. Literally real-world Sims. Talk about ultimate laziness. :O
