i have the complete opposite of an opinion on gomez. she acts like shes reading off a queue card. i found her boring and monotone...even moreso than what her character is meant to be. she struggles to get words out of her mouth and i understand that may be a product of her illness, but its still distracting when youre

Surprised that Kate Winslet in Mare of Easttown wasn’t included. She’s easily one of the most talented actors working today and her performance was astonishingly powerful, moving, and nuanced. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that scene with her therapist where she recounts coming home to find her son had killed himself.

I clicked on “How to Date Natalie Dormer” for this?!?!

Meh. Whatever keeps DeNiro off Saturday Night Live.

Well that was quite dull wasn’t it?

So Arya is off to kill Dany now?

All jokes aside, I’m ok with most of the episode. The Mad Queen is fine. I don’t get too worked up about battle logistics and logic, etc. What DOES bother me though is how much this episode kinda just ruined Cersei’s arc. They built her up as basically the main big bad. You got invested in her one way or the other.

So was Jaime’s whole character arc a Möbius strip then?  What was the point of any of that?

Honestly the worst part was Jaime not killing Cersei. Ruined his whole character arc.

“When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die.” - Cersei Lannister to Ned Stark season one.

How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat?

They kept mentioning the crypts, and how safe they will be. Which means they absolutely will not be safe at all.

Tormund, Tyrion, Jamie, Pod, Brienne, and Davos all sitting in a room drinking wine shooting the shit. It’s like they wrote that scene just for me. And then they knighted Brienne!?!? Hit me right in the feels. I’m starting to tear up again just thinking about it.

Maybe, but I’d really love for him to survive to kill Cersei.

It’s for old times sake.

I’m not usually a big shipper but I’m really pulling for Jaime and Brianne to reconnect and find some type of happiness. They’ve set this up perfectly and Cersei certainly seems to be writing off her brothers to say the least.

I really hope they keep leaning into everybody just being weirded the fuck out by Bran. Dragons flying around and zombies on the march and nothing makes people more uncomfortable than the home schooled kid who cuts his own hair.

It is about cocaine-boosted idiot that runs a small office of several fully suppressed individuals. All I feel about these people is sincere sorry - this show calls no smile on my face, not even speaking of laugh or joy.

I can only imagine the lists this comment has put you on.

Worst Thanksgiving?
