-A temperature-controlled electric water heater that can heat water to between 120 and 212F, in 5 degree increments
-This cast iron, enameled teapot

Good tea is not cheap in the least! Lipton, Tetley, Celestial Seasonings, and other trash tea is cheap. High quality, loose leaf tea is generally $25+ per pound, making it similar in price, if not more expensive, than high quality coffee.
