When I was a student I watched a c-section with an abdominoplasty straight after. Just in a small suburban private hospital. They’re really not recommended until 6-12 months post-birth though.

A friend of mine wore basically a full body’s worth of Spanx to a summer wedding. She ended up passing out from heatstroke and I had to cut her out of them to cool her down.

I get grossed out by the underneaths, but not the real nail part. It just seems like most people don’t clean under there properly. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a nurse but I always check if people have clean hands and nails, and with fake nails you really need to be using a nail brush and soap fairly often.
