You know, I am almost certain there was an episode of Supernatural where they temporarily froze someone or similar to get them close to death in order to get a spirit out.

Admittedly my Bible knowledge is rusty but I recall a story in 1st or 2nd Kings where Elijah is walking somewhere and some kids make fun of him, calling him “bald-head” and either he or God sends bears to kill the kids. Again, the details are fuzzy but that’s the gist of it.

It is interesting that someone was bold enough to try to feed the child; that shows some doubt creeping in. It’s sad that they weren’t bold enough to report it to the police after that.

I used to work in a paint factory and routinely had my hands in a huge vat of acetone to clean excess paint off cans. I now know that acetone can cause nerve damage and mental issues so I wonder if I turned out the way I did partly due to that?

I had a similar thing happen to me at a New Year’s party. I had acrylic nails on and tried to light a joint. My thumbnail promptly caught on fire and melted a little but no other damage done.

Yep - it’s the exact same process in Ireland - the Taoiseach is simply the leader of the party that gets the most seats.

I think he should also stick to his natural accent. I confess I did not see 50 Shades, however, I read the Jez critique and there was mention of him working hard to put on an American accent. I live in Ireland and am a huge fan of the accents of the northern counties.
