Being related to a man who shares many behavioral traits with That Asshole, I’m 70% certain that “conversation” in this case involves him sitting at the table bloviating about “issues of the day” for hours on end while she is obliged to tell him how right he is about that thing. Agreed, but that might take a while.

This should drive those prices down.

The best part about this is that it’s now roughly the same amount to build a brand new RB26 than it is to buy a 20 year old used long block. Last I checked, they ranged from $3500-$5000 depending on condition, mileage and what was included.

For $2500 I’ll live with whatever quirks it has. Check the car carefully for flood damage though, with all of the hurricanes and shit in Texas. It’s a steal as long as it hasn’t gone for a swim.
