I don't recall any of those rumors, (though I thought her and Billy Bob Thornton were creepy together, but who am I to judge). I'm truly commenting on looks and talent with regard to someone representing the epitome of the industry standard. I think she fell short on both counts.

Yes, she had the depth of a 2D video game. For what it was, it hit it's mark, imo. I didn't hate it. If I could recast it, I'd have probably gone for someone with an authentic accent. Someone like Emily Blunt maybe?

Yes, because all of these people got into show business because they hate attention. Please.

Well, it's my opinion posted on a discussion site. Did you miss that part? And are you saying that physical attraction plays no part in the Entertainment industry? If so, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.

The tree of Douchiness needs to be watered with the blood of douches. Let's get on that Trumps.

So he's their Pogliacci?

I don't know if I could live without meat, but I do know I can live without Morrissey. What a muttonhead.

A net gain of one less fishgirl movie.

Let's not Chloe down that road.

So there's a stand alone Hitgirl movie in the works after all? Kidding. Good for her. That's really smart for a 19 year old. I look forward to seeing what she comes up with.

I never understood the attraction for Angelina Jolie. I don't think she's pretty nor can she act. I guess that puts me in the Aniston camp, as repulsive as that makes me feel.

Still, I'm sure she gave a smug little smile at hearing the news.

Finally saw this, and was pleasantly surprised. The review made it sound like a failure, but I enjoyed it. It was a lot heavier than I expected:

Is it really a "bait and switch" if you're suckered in by the trailer thinking it's one thing, but enjoying it because it's another. I always thought "bait and switch" had a negative connotation. Like, "I came here for titties and there were no titties."

Cable and network shows shoot on different schedules, but Lorenzo James Henrie was recently cast on Marvel’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., which could mean Chris’ days are numbered.

OMG! Ben is Rey's father and he's going to cut off her hand!

Well, it's not my version, it's this person and the filmmakers version. It's hard to have sympathy with someone who is trying to expose a cult leader they followed for 22 years. Especially someone with the amount of access this one guy had. He saw behind the curtain, but he still stayed and paid for the "privilege."

My first thought was "Cooking for Miss Daisy," even before I knew who the director was. Sounds like the magical negro trope has been hijacked and transformed into the drunken boring negro trope?

Great Scott!

Xavier has his mansion full of young-people-in-need, where he plays the
part of the undergrad crush object: shaggy hair, English accent, blazer
hiked up to the elbow, Miami Vice-style.
