I lost Lost after about season 3. Very original, but it just seemed like they were scrambling after season 2. This does not feel like Lost to me at all, and I like it even more because of that. As long as there are no sharks, aliens or polar bears, I'm along for the ride.

Did anyone else notice that someone has been throwing darts up at the stocks? That sucks.

You gotta have faith.

While this was a riveting backstory, I'm still miffed that we didn't find out what happened to Rick nor the aftermath of Glenn's death. C'mon! If you're going to have a cliffhanger, please don't leave me hanging for two weeks!

You could almost forgive him for the Conjuring…nah. Still, I like him in this role. I've always thought he and Cole Hauser could be brothers in something.

Little known fact, it was Milligan, Lake and Palmer originally…ok, no it wasn't.

"Never trust a ginger."

This joker just looks like if Corey Haim lived.

You don't say that about Massive Genius! JK, I've never found Bokeem Woodbine to be very compelling in anything. He just doesn't have the gravitas.

"I loved the dynamic between Carrie and Jonas after he finds out his son has been arrested. Carrie knows exactly what’s happening and is completely right about why they’re in more danger than Jonas’ son is, but she’s behaving so erratically, she sounds like she’s being paranoid."

I don't give a shit about her gender, race, sexual orientation, politics, religion, or other incidental bullshit…she is not doing a good job, imo. She is trying to pick fights and make points because she knows the cameras are rolling. I don't now she's acted outside of that, but if that is her attitude on any of the

My two cents, none of the people you mention strike me as good leaders. Opportunists, despots, and greedy politicians/executives, but not good leaders. Neither Jason nor Effie strike me as very good leaders.

"It’s a sense of entitlement, as Effie points out, but since that attitude worked for him when he wanted to shoot on film, why would he feel any other way?"

"There's really no ambiguity about this at all."
You're right. Both plans damn near failed. We'll see next week if the herd is actually gone or they still present a threat. I think herding them around was a solid idea, but it left them open to attack at home. Which is what happened.

Wasn't a question. If you go with the idea you've done everything you could, especially in this show, chances are you're missing something big. In this case, no one was prepared for an attack on Alexandria and people died. The best time to attack is when the enemy is otherwise engaged and they knew the Wolves were out

I have been and I'll never apologize for being over-prepared.

"Spenser was in the tower with sniper rifle and was defending Alexandria as best he could."
Which was pathetic. Then he wussed out about going back in to help fend off the attackers. Should have been one of Rick's crew in the tower.

And yet he got most of the occupants to go help him with the zombie herd? We couldn't have left more experienced people back guarding Alexandria while the knuckle-heads played bait?

No. From Aaron's bag?

So Laurie is mom of the year. She abandons her family, almost gets her daughter and ex killed because of her love affair with some batshit cult, and now she almost gets her son killed starting her own batshit cult. I love how all that culminates with her attacking the publisher, as he calls her to task for it all. I
