I'd give it a B- just for even showing up. What with the "reset button" hit so hard and Brody gone, this is going to be a tough sell. However, Carrie being lost is a big part of Brody being gone, and her dealing with the aftermath in the form of her daughter. As for even thinking about drowning her infant in the tub,

Great review, I would have to agree with almost every observation; Aidy Bryant. She is the same character in every sketch, which is to say, herself. I don't find her funny in the slightest. They should have chucked her and kept the tall skinny writer guy.
My kids are already tired of my Lion-O immitation "Why is

Aren't these supposed to be hits?

The mom daughter challenge was pathetic. "Bitch, you know I smacked you harder than that!"

Was anyone else glad that Nora's mother died?

Sounds like there's an opening for my biker gang comedy on AMC. A reboot of Joe Namath's CC Rider.

I see Jax as having arrived at the crossroads of realizing his father's dream of bringing the club back to its roots and out of illegal activity or sinking back to what Clay had going on, and choosing the latter due to Tara's death. Eventually he will sacrifice himself, taking on the role of martyr and freeing the

I foresee her getting chased down and shot in the woods again at some point in the season.

"Chiquitita" by Abba.

I came in late last week and the comments were already shut down. Was there any discussion about the women in the car who mistook Kevin for one of them? I'm assuming they were some kind of rapture-bait?

A TV show targeting a demographic that has all but abandoned typical TV programming for YouTube, social media and binge watching…yeah, good thinking.

Dixie…you know it's catchy…I'm not the only one, but DAMN!

That's a good point, but I think she's just doing that out of respect. I huge part of me would die if my daughter killed herself. I don't know if I'm capable of respecting that decision, but I do know I'd miss her too fucking much.

The problem with True Blood, for me, was that it never lived up to it's awesome opening credits and song. It promised True Detective with fangs, but all we got was a soft R Dukes of Twighlight. This last season didn't disappoint me. The fact that I felt the need to see the show through 7 seasons did.

I know I'll get shit for this, but with regard to parents and children, I agree with him to an extent. Whatever Robin Wiilams' issues, I'll bet his daughter would prefer him alive right now. I'm not belittling or criticizing his choice, but at some point he chose death over his child(ren). I have a hard time with that

I'm no fan of Taylor Swift, but I think Earl Sweatshirt is full of his own Kool-aid.

For all it's flaws (well-done Dennis; great reviews), I still dig it. I did get the Mac commercial vibe, but then I also took it as a jab akin to "touchscreens are a fad." I remember those Macs and was not impressed over the talking. The mouse and the GUI, on the other hand, that was the shit. Oddly, I wouldn't buy a

I hope he's a phenomenal doctor…he sucks at everything else.

The only opinion I have of the show is that I hate the GR too…all of them, but especially Gladys. The only thing I felt for Gladys was a shameful satisfaction (and what a waste of good wood at the end). But one thing I hate more than the GR are the forced video ads on the mobile AV Club.

"Anakin Solo, their youngest, grapples with the heritage of his own name as he, too, trains in the Force."
Anakin Solo?! Who names their kid that given the circumstances? That's like "meet my son, Hitler Fonzarelli. Sure, he's the personification of evil, but he's the only one who can get the jukebox to play at
