Love the show, but this episode was full of douchebags:
1 - That lady for chickening out in the end.
2 - Shosh for thinking she could just beg Ray into letting her back in his life after she dumped him for terribly selfish reasons.
3 - Marnie for kissing Desi
4 - Desi for kissing Marnie
5 - Clementine for being an utter

When Daryl finally finds Beth, the first word out of his mouth better be "claim."

Oh Dr. Woo…you seem both crazy and high.

I have a hard time believing no one joined the Captain given that until this moment he was the sole authority aboard the ship and they were in sight of one of the richest prizes in the world. What kind of pirates turn down booty over duty?

"I'm not even a huge fan of that show."

I love the show, but even I get sick of the melodrama it feels the need to infuse into my zombie apocalypse.

It makes sense because she's not cruel…she gets no enjoyment out of it. It's just a threat to be eliminated.

zombie bait.

The risk was fine, and it was shocking to see Lizzie with blood all over her hands and the sister laying there. And I even get her logic that "hey, once you turn, you don't have to be afraid of no zombies no more," but why now?

It's not so much that, but when do they get the hint that the zombie apocalypse is here to stay and get a little used to it? It just seems they talk about how they feel about the zombies more than they actually do any, y'know, prep work in defense of them. The fact that they're all scattered and running around in the

I'm digging Vane's origin story. Now that's a pirate story. Getting beat near to death, digging one's self out of the grave, and whippin ass buck nekkid. That's some pirate shit right tharrrrr.

"Is it because she’s young, and clearly talented, and very successful? Oh, and an outspoken woman?"
I get where you were going, but I get a little tired of the assumption being that we viewers, men in particular, are unable to grasp the concept that girls can do whatever boys can do. I think the majority of us do

I just thought it was supposed to be ironical that he ends up being the optimist.

"To me, the big, pleasant surprise of this finale is that it says the existence of the glass and its ability to hold any amount of water are wonders enough."
Well-said.

"Something to keep an eye on."
You mean like the tele-prompter? Someone put the prompter above and to the right so his eyes were never quite looking into the camera. Otherwise, he's meh. I'd be pissed if I were Cecily Strong and this is what the show needed to "save" Weekend Update.

Besides, who's going to discover them? Zombies? Kill em!

C. Once again, we're talking about how we feel about the zombies. And how do two veteran zombie apocalypse survivors find themselves outside, at night, in the midst of a herd of zombies? You disappoint me Daryl.

I agree! This is still good stuff. I'd settle for a B or B-. I like that Marty didn't become the hero police captain, with near unlimited authority to chase Rust's demons all over Louisiana. It lends a sense of credibility to the character that he has sunk into middle-age like so many of us have; with barely a fight.

On what planet is this not an F? I wouldn't let my kids watch this because I'm afraid the movie will suck the intelligence out of them.

Nope. She needs to learn to respect herself first.
