Honestly, Season 7 has the best opening 7 episodes of any Buffy season you'd care to name. "Him" is one of the funniest episodes of the entire show, "Same Time, Same Place", "Selfless", and "Conversations with Dead People" are all fantastic, and the other three episodes are all at a minimum solid.

Anyone care to write a 20-page paper on the Albigensian Crusade for me?

Don't sympathize with her! She's the enemy!

There's two main editions of D&D played currently, 3.5 and 4th. 3.5 arguably permits the players more agency in designing their ideal character but suffers from absolutely horrific internal balance; spellcasters make non-spellcasting classes utterly irrelevant if built a certain way.

I like a fair amount of it but  @avclub-dd559568c01f9208a72241c9d58fdc16:disqus 's complaint really bothers me as well.
One of my friends has somehow managed to get a "More From This User" scroll menu working, but I haven't the faintest inkling as to how. I miss that feature, as it was a real time-saver.

@avclub-eede55069a8d3430b54730901f49c230:disqus That's a complaint I have with the entirety of action cinema nowadays. Hell, the entirety of video games, too.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllppppppppppp.

You might want to hold off on correcting that belief until we've seen a few episodes of S4.

Community fans always welcome! Hope you stick around for a while.

@avclub-d9c9a056f6052ffbfa3526be3478d45e:disqus I'm gonna have to back up SG Standard on  this one. DEP wouldn't be my #1, but I really love DEP. It's probably the best parody/homage the show's ever done.

Sabotaged?

Ah, good times keeping the lights on over those months.

Well, the scifi one does sound fun, at the very least. Hopefully they go out with a bang.

Most tragic character death of 2012 was Alaric from TVD and fuck anyone who says otherwise.

Difference here is that everybody hated Lori.

I've accepted the show's demise at this point too, unfortunately. Really, I think I did as soon as I heard that Harmon was no longer on the show.

What really depresses me about this is that  it means the show will be going on for damn near forever. At the rate they kill off characters, nobody's ever going to stay around long enough to become truly interesting.

Just wait until the episodes start packing real emotional depth!

Pillows represent true architecture-an unfailing, unswerving devotion to aesthetic perfection. Those of the Blanket cast aside their vision, their standards, for a cheap shot at glory. Embrace perfection! Embrace the pillow! Pillowmen supreme!
