I have quite a large problem with the basic premise of this person's argument, that Korra has "ruined" the ending of TLA because the Gaang set up a non-representative government in Republic City and thus became pseudo-villains.

Londo and G'Kar are, in my humble opinion, the best part about the show. Their character growth and arcs in general are just magnificent.
