It isn’t a primary election though. In a primary everyone is given a chance to vote. This isn’t true in the Iowa caucuses. Nothing about it is democratic.

Paper ballots were and are manipulated all the time and it doesn’t have to be wide spread manipulation to have a drastic affect on the outcome of an election. History proves this time and time again.
