Right after she started to publicly talk about her rape, naked pictures of her were leaked online. I doubt that was a coincidence. Harvey is a vindictive and vengeful man, so I expect that’s how he will exact his revenge. I doubt he will sue any of his accusers for breaking their NDA.

And keep in mind there are a whole bunch of other alleged victims who aren’t under NDAs who could then seek access to the depositions even if he somehow got a protective order.

I love her so much, and I’m so happy to see that she refuses to be silenced. I just hope that she has people around her who support and care for her. Yes, he could, assuming what we think we know is correct. But as a lawyer, that’s not a case I’d want to litigate. For starters, if indeed there was a rape, that would supersede the NDA. You can’t use NDAs to hide crimes.

He could come after her for breach of the non-disclosure agreement (assuming one was part of the settlement).
