Don’t you just love how, in this scenario, the expectation was that someone else (you) would do something to accommodate the parents who clearly didn’t plan well enough to sit together?

Sure sure but if you’re being a terror then it’s not fun for anyone. If you ruin my flight, can I get reimbursed? If you ruin my meal, are you covering the check? Money is limited and people have a right to expect reasonable conditions around them when they are spending it.
I don’t disagree with her to an extent. Anyone who can cry (so up to what - 3?) has no business being on any flight where people would be expected to be sleeping - so nothing before 8am and no red eyes. I think that’s a more than fair expectation. A nooner on a Tuesday though? Na, you gotta shut up and take an L…
I’m a diehard Celtics fan who, in spite of all other evidence, kept the faith that we’d right the ship and Kyrie was staying and all of that. The last 2 games broke me. Burn it down and salt the earth.
Shut up and get a salad, hippie
This was like the Celtics Bucks game but the exact opposite. No refs over-influencing things. No one just pushing off and throwing themselves into contact like Harden with an accent. Just good basketball without a whistle every 3 seconds.
Washington took the highest rated QB. Kyler was considered a distant second by all opinions but the one that had the first pick
I think the point he was trying to make was that he’s not projected to be like the next Tom Brady or anything. He was the 15th pick in what’s considered a weak QB draft (which means nothing before anyone’s played a down, of course) - not Trevor Lawrence or Peyton Manning level hype where you expect him to dominate for…
I agree 100% save for what you said about LA because you didn’t exclude the Lakers who are every bit of what you categorized NY.
I think that was 100% baseball/winning related. Anyone who would criticize someone for wanting to live in San Diego has never been there or doesn’t like warm weather. The 4 days I spent in San Diego made me fall in love and never want to leave.
Models, palm trees, beautiful beaches, money, mansions on the water, perfect place for the yacht. I wouldn’t want to live there but multiply my salary 100x, that’s one of my top 2 east coast choices.
Because being “the man” in NYC is different. it just is. I don’t live there but there’s something different about it. Ditto LA.
I have a really bad feeling this is gonna age like his “Donald Trump’s Gonna Get His Ass Kicked Tomorrow” title by July.
“If I leave a restaurant they don’t owe me a steak!”
Outside of the Super Bowl in most markets (I’m a Pats fan so was great here!) I think the NFL actually had a bounceback year. The last few years had been junk but the 2018 season was really aesthetically pleasing, even if the SB was a steaming pile of poo
Stop being such a snowflake. She was so excited.
Kawai wasn’t out there but otherwise that’s true and hilarious.
Yes and no. As someone who spent his 20s saying “my type is ‘yes’” I can’t imagine what would have killed me if I grew up in the age of Tinder
Definitely a sampling error. All of my single friends are on Tinder. That’s just 3 of us because we’re firmly in our 30s, but still.
If you vote for Kamala Harris you’ll only have to do the first stuff. ; )
