The only reasonable case is that RG3 is at least playing organized football right now. No matter what Kaep’s doing, he’s not on a team or ingesting a playbook so right now (meaning for week 12) RG3 would be a better option. Kaep only gives them a better chance if he knows the playbook.  He doesn’t.  At all.  In a month, ya, sure, but you can’t sign a guy today and start him Sunday.
