I want to know how this has become a Black Issue and not a People of Color Issue. I thought the problem was that all the nominees were white, not that none of them were black.

Disliking the nuances of different cultures does not make someone racist. It’s called culture bias. Sharing an opinion about dance moves, in this case, that she doesn’t like them, is not even disrespectful. It’s an opinion that was expressed as such.
