DRM is a fact of PC gaming: at least Steam incorporates plenty of features into games that use Steam to somewhat make up for it.

Only on Steam itself: I’ve bought plenty of keys outside of Steam itself, so Steam doesn’t actually monopolize the market; that doesn’t seem to be the case for Epic’s store. Maybe that will change, but until then, all prices in the Epic store are singular.
