I always wondered: is there an explanation of why Japanese manga/anime has all this attack shouting? It feels silly, but probably there's a reason for them if they are still into it.

I don't watch much of the TV programming nowadays, but I do use my TV (and PlayStation 3) as a sort of center of media consumption in the room. I watch downloaded shows and movies on the TV (streaming them from my PCs hard drive), play console games, sometimes even put on a playlist or whatever.

The problem is that a publisher's role is also to fund the game. Funding the game means they take a risk by paying a developer to create a product, which means they care how it turns out.
