Same. The last “good” FF game was IX (not including the online ones I never played), but I always convince myself that I’m still interested in the series. The emo boy band aesthetic though has made sure that I won’t do it again.

I dunno. I went with the Scythians and clashed early game with the Sumerians and their donkey carts. With the double horsey units, the extra damage to injured units, and the self-healing after killing a unit, I ended up conquering them with significantly less units/resources.
