Can somebody please educate me why a 6200 cc V8 needs 10 gears? With all that displacement/torque wouldn’t 6 gears or so be plenty? I feel like a 10 speed box would be more appropriate for smaller engines.

I used to commute from Katy to University of Houston for four years straight and all I can say is it’s like playing some kind of defensive driving “video game” on ultra-hard difficulty.

But then again that’s more or less what the TL/TLX always has been. I mean, it’s not a bad car but neither is it a great car. It’s just fine... Something for someone who wants a car that’s a bit nicer than an Accord. 

Is it me or was the steering wheel and center console snagged from the Mclaren parts bin?

The exhaust on this car seems to mute out the “Ferrari” flat-plane sound in my opinion. Amazing build but if you’re gonna do a Ferrari V8 swap it NEEDS to retain it’s awesome sound, especially with a 458 engine.  

I don’t even like crossovers but somehow you’ve made like this one... perhaps even want it as well.
