*Especially for a Comedy. Marketing Folks are terrible at marketing comedy that isn’t slap-stick. I mean, look at Arrested Development. The advertising for that show was fucking atrocious... and yet, it’s considered one of the best, smartest comedic television shows of all time.

Well, they did mention that the story is a little tucked away behind the comedy and action set-pieces...

I would be curious if you could provide a trailer for a comedy that *actually* sold the movie to you. Comedy tends to be the worst genre for marketing asshats to know how to advertise - simply because comedy is subjective - and smart comedy usually needs a little build-up before the pay-off.

Day 3 and they’re only NOW getting things under control?! The HUMANITY!

Jesus, people... There are a fuck ton of people trying to play. Give it time. There will still be plenty of Pokemon to catch in a week when they’ve ironed out the issues.

Yeah. Not having sex before marriage AND marrying someone that is also *that* dedicated to keeping a marriage alive no matter what... often results in a very unpleasant and frustrating marriage when sexual compatibility just doesn’t ‘click’. Even if you both are sexually aroused by each other before marriage doesn’t

I remember finding art assets for another game when working on a remaster of a very well-known franchise. But since it was found before release, no one seemed to care. Fucking lazy-ass, thieving “artists” need to be fired and shamed.

EDIT: And no, it wasn’t just placeholder assets.. They were trying to pass it off as

What are you talking about, Patrick! It’s amazingly dreamy! We get paid a bit more than a burger flipper, we get to provide feedback on and inspire changes to unreleased games, and then we get our names in the credits! It’s totally worth it just to tell people “I work in games!” And we really just play games all day!

Oh

I’m so torn. Reviews are universally ‘meh’.. but most of the content of the reviews seem to be focused on aesthetics... Or merely pointing out that since it’s not 100% the Mega Man clone they expected, it’s inherently disappointing.

You seem to bring up and gloss over some of the more specific issues... but without

It’s usually not quite that expensive. And generally, you get a free retry (or, at least, that’s how it used to be)... but only 1. Maybe things have changed as they’ve gotten more lax with their requirements?

Test and Certification are especially costly when releasing on so many platforms simultaneously.

Fair enough. Thanks!

If you have a PC that can run the games, why would you care about the X1 copy? Honestly curious.

Eh. I’m really looking forward to checking it out. Just because it’s been in development for so long doesn’t matter to me - nor does it give me any greater expectations than if it had been released during the PS3's lifetime.

The only real concern for me is if it suffers from semi-archaic controls or designs due to

Because it’s easier to re-purpose the animation of her sucking dick they clearly already had on hand.

Backwards Compat has been shit anyway. Less than 200 games supported. Many suffer from performance issues. And they’ve even removed previously supported games when an Xbox One version was released.

Nah, I’ll just keep my PS3 and literally unplug my PS4 and plug my PS3 into the exact same cords whenever I want to

Considering there was not ‘Exclusive’ bumper before/after this trailer, I’m guessing it’s cross-plat?

Phil Spencer has done a good job of turning the Xbox One around from its horrible launch. However, there still aren’t enough non-shooter exclusives that I care about. I own both PS4 and Xbox One - but I never touch my Xbox One. I played Rise of the Tomb Raider - which was really good. But beyond that - the released

Meh. It can play all of my PS1 Classics, (digital) PSP games, Plus Vita games I’ve gotten over the 3+ years with PS+ AND makes PS+ that much more valuable... Plus opens up my PSP for some modding for NES, SNES and Genesis emulation.

Think Imma grab one despite your post that is backed up by nothing.
