The best Deke line was “Wow, that’s a really nice jaw you’ve got there!” though.

Sad to see Sinara die though. No more best theme :(

And the worst thing is is that Flint is just pretty annoying and we barely know anything about him. I mean, I guess there’s a Flint in the Inhumans comics so maybe they were trying to set up a crossover (I originally thought it was Black Bolt who messed up Earth) but yeah, I’m pretty disappointed about it too.

I’m really not as into this season as I hoped I would be. It’s just kind of missing everything. I don’t really feel a tension (even though Sinara has one of the best bad guy tracks I’ve ever heard, perfectly menacing), there’s not a lot of banter between the cast (partly because of the setting, partly because all of

Jemma being a Whovian is still my favourite character trait (Allons-y!).

I agree that the splitting up is silly; I can only imagine they didn’t want to bother cramming everyone together. It’s easier to give everyone some character development if you’re dealing with smaller groups of people who can play off of each

Well, but I would imagine Karolina only became a traitor after speaking with Jonah. She is curious about where she comes from, so she’s following what Jonah wants from her. In that sense, I could imagine them suspecting that they would certainly come for Karolina. After that, yeah, you are hoping the kids are smart

I actually do think it makes sense for that escape. I feel like they were able to get away a little too easily, considering Karolina is Jonah’s daughter and important to him, for one reason or the other. I just wouldn’t understand the motivation of letting her escape; does he want to find out about Molly’s/Gert’s

I enjoyed this show because of the promise it showed. I wonder if they had a finale in case the show wasn’t going to be renewed for a S2 or if there always was the plan of a S2. I enjoyed the actors’ work; Jonah as a villain is probably not worked out enough, but Julian McMahon really gives such a great sense of

I do agree that the Gert and Chase romance didn’t feel earned; sure, there’s the scene in the pilot where he’s not a total douche to her, but it still feels to random. And yeah, the tonal attitude between Nico and Alex especially (making his “we’re all friends again!” even faker, especially when you see Nico basically

Man, how can you not be in awe of Mallory Jansen as AIDA? The guy who played Ghost Rider was pretty good too.

The idea is that it takes place in the MCU so they don’t have to do a whole thing about “oh wow I have powers?” and they can do a “oh wow I have powers!” thing instead.

This show (and Cloak & Dagger apparently) also take place outside of NY (where Netflix Marvel and the Incident happened) so it is made to specifically

In what universe is Diamondback anything close to resembling a compelling villain? Did you mean Cottonmouth? Please tell me you meant Cottonmouth.
