Obama did push for a public option, but Joe Fucking Lieberman said he wouldn’t vote to end debate on the bill if single payer was in it. Then Scott Brown won in MA, which meant Obama had to compromise to get anything passed. 188 GOP proposals would put into the ACA and yet not a single fucking Republican senator voted…
