The one I use (rarely in the drought) recycles. It's much more efficient than I could ever be. And car washes in the Bay Area are pretty costly at around $30 for the efficient ones I visit.

Why thank you! He's a complainer. He complains about everything, even when he's enjoying it. He's such a sweetheart, though. His favorite time of the day (outside of wet food) is watching our 'stories.' When I sit down with the DVR he pops up and has a few favorites, like Supernatural and Elementary.
