Or they said “apparently we can’t get away with half-assing things on the cheap, so don’t bother.”

I went to Paris over 30 years ago and had a terrible experience with the people there. So when I went back with my wife 5 years ago, I gave her the heads up on how she needed to prepare to be treated poorly. And you know what? The people couldn’t have been nicer. Paris and elsewhere. I was very surprised. I’m going to

Not true. Parisians were immensely kind and helpful to me - offering to help with my luggage (Paris is made of stairs!) and going out of their way to help when I couldn’t find my way about the Louvre. I know Parisians have a bad rep, but I found them nothing but lovely.

Ah, Paris was fine. I even talked politics with the guide of a bike tour and a taxi driver. Well, that is until my wife said "Mike enough, we're here to see sights, not talk about the next mayor of Paris !" The taxi driver agreed, then started talking about what not to talk about as a foreigner. I loved it.

Hey just because they’re a Disney employee doesn’t give you the right to call them a robot! There’s a very small but very real chance that they’re an every day, normal, regular person.

I was suspicious of this and fully prepared to hate it, but yeah, it is really good. In fact, I would dare to say it’s better than the original. In fairness, though, that’s because the story is stronger, and the story leans very heavily on the plot lines from the first movie. It is about everything you could expect

they need to get rid of the stupid tickets.  its just a ticket to get the lowest possible cash prize every single time.  i think ive gotten the second lowest once since launch day.

I like the Arteon, as the previous owner of a CC R-Line, it’s right up my alley. That being said, it’s priced too close to it’s Audi cousins and a whole slew of more popular vehicles of all types in that price point.

this needs like a million stars. a remaster or sequel would be SO DOPE

I didn’t ‘t even bother buying it yet. I was going to, but then Cyberpunk got its next gen upgrade, and then I decided to hop straight into Elden Ring after that. I’ll catch it on a holiday sale in 6 months.

And right on the heels of Elden Ring and Forbidden West.

Seconded on the Louvre. Go, for sure, but if the Mona Lisa is crowded then skip it. I lucked out my first time there. I went during the evening hours, which unfortunately have been suspended during covid, and the place was practically empty. After that, I’ve visited the Louvre again, but never ventured toward the Mona

I actually really despise how the gaming community treats release dates, and a particular segment of the gaming community has all hell break loose anytime dates are missed or there are constantly delays.

The image released today shows the shadow of Sagittarius A* (pronounced “A star”) as well as the high-energy region around it.
