I mean, I could say that about every boss I've ever had regardless of gender or race. Office politics lands big promotions not skill.
Hell, look at W. or the current crop of GOP candidates. “The best” is code for male and white.
The past week I’ve been asking myself why I feel like I’m failing, all the time, when in reality I’m a top performer at my computer, well known in the industry I work in, have a fantastic boyfriend and friendships and find time to exercise regularly and take up other activities (painting, volunteering, etc).

I would love to know why men and women, in general, approach sex is such a universally different way. There are (almost?) never problems with women doing this kind of thing. I know there are exceptions on an individual level, but when you look at statistics...well, it’s never women taking sex vacations to southeast…
The problem is youths.

As an accountant, I can say that my field is certifiable reverse-racist. We are always asking, “are we in the black?” and then celebrate if so. WHY IS NO ONE ASKING IF WE ARE IN THE WHITE?!?

Reminds me of James Watson, who told the Sunday Times in 2007 that while people may like to think that all races are born with equal intelligence, those “who have to deal with black employees find this not true”. He ended up being ostracized by the Science community but many people still support him.

Seems to me there’s an easy and obvious solution. Make more money than your husband but tell him you make around the same. Then, every day, leave an envelope stuffed with 20’s on your front porch just before he gets home.
